Meet Cherie, Your Centre Supervisor
Hello, my name is Cherie and I am the Nominated Supervisor and Educational leader here at Little Peoples Gwynneville.
I began my journey in the child care industry 14 years ago, completing my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, working across all rooms as a room leader and educational leader, I found it very rewarding. I am a mother of two beautiful boys Hunter and Riva and love spending time with my family going on camping trips, spending the day at the beach, and having a good dance.
My journey with Little Peoples started in February 2024 where I took the next step and became a Nominated Supervisor. I have learnt so much in the years and love to help, support and guide the amazing team that we have at Gwynneville.
I love and enjoy working in childcare with a passion for providing support, assistance and love to children and families within my community. I am dedicated to creating an atmosphere that is stimulating, encouraging, fun, safe and adaptive to each child and family’s needs.
Here at Gwynneville Little Peoples, I aim to create an environment that is inclusive, supportive to children’s connectiveness, needs, positive sense of self and holistic approaches.
My bubbly and friendly nature means that I have great communication in connecting with children and families from all diverse backgrounds. Nothing makes me happier than spending time to assist children, adults and my community in their learning and development. I love working as a team member sharing humour, happiness, ideas and creating a beautiful family atmosphere.
