Supervisor Profile Image

Nominated Supervisor at Little Peoples Wagga Wagga (Higgins Avenue)

Hello, my name is Tiffany Mathewson-Anderson, and I am the Nominated Supervisor at Little People’s Early Learning Centre Wagga Wagga (Higgins Avenue).

I began my journey in Early Childhood Education in 2017, when I completed my Certificate III. Since then, I have had the opportunity to work across a range of rooms and age groups, which has given me a strong understanding of how children learn, grow, and develop at different stages.

After becoming a parent, I transitioned into Family Day Care, where I developed an even deeper passion for building strong relationships with families and supporting children’s development.

Throughout my time in Early Childhood Education, I have built positive, trusting, and meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. It is a privilege to be part of each child’s learning journey, to watch them grow and reach new milestones, and to support them in becoming confident and engaged learners.

I believe that when educators collaborate, we create a positive and enriching environment for children to learn and thrive. When staff feel supported, valued, and respected, it strengthens our ability to provide meaningful experiences for every individual.

I look forward to meeting you and your family and to being part of your child’s learning journey in a supportive, inclusive, and engaging environment.

Kind regards,
Tiffany
