Casual Early Childhood Educator - Tamworth

Little Peoples Tamworth is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Casual Early Childhood Educator to join our supportive and passionate casual pool. You will primarily be called upon to work at our Tamworth South centre, with additional opportunities at our new East St location once it opens.

What You need to do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement and evaluate high-quality educational programs for children based on the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Observe and assess the needs and development of each child and tailor educational programs accordingly.
  • Collaborate with families to share insights and understand the unique background of each child.
  • Maintain documentation and records as per regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and team meetings.
  • Foster an inclusive environment for children with diverse needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements

The successful Early Childhood candidate must:

  • Hold a Cert III or Diploma (Working towards Diploma will be considered).
  • A valid Working with Children’s Check.
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
