Meet Kara, Your Centre Supervisor
Hi Families,
My name is Kara Clark. I am Little Peoples Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader of Wagga Wagga.
I hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and I am currently enrolled in my Bachelor of Education at the University of Wollongong. I have two children myself, 15 and 17 year old boys.
Raising children inspired my career into childcare, promoting exploration, emotional and social skills in children has always been very natural to me.
I believe children are naturally curious, they are learning each day as they watch and listen to others around them, their daily interactions and experiences is a powerful influence to the children they become. Providing an environment that enables children’s own discovery and embracing their individual interests builds children’s individual identity and personalities.
My role within the company is to be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, I will ensure your little people are adequately supervised and cared for by our fantastic team of educators. Our aim is to create a warm nurturing environment that engages your children’s learning, development and curiosity. Developing strong trusting relationships with your children is a vital key to our success.
The educational leader of Little People is an influential role, inspiring, motivating and enriching the practice and pedagogy of our team. Supporting collaboration of families and educators will establish a culture of reflective practice and encourages continuous improvement across all aspects of our service.
I look forward to working with you all in creating a wonderful environment for our little people to thrive.
