Supervisor Profile Image

Meet Sarah, Your Centre Supervisor

Hello, my name is Sarah Khan, and I am proud to be the Nominated Supervisor here at Oxford Multicultural Childcare.

I have been working in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector since 2012. Over the years, I have completed both my Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, and I am currently furthering my studies at the University of Wollongong, working towards a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.

My journey with Little Peoples began in 2016, where I have had the privilege of working across multiple services in leadership roles, including Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader. These experiences have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of quality early childhood education, team leadership, and the importance of nurturing strong partnerships with families.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is creating a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children feel a strong sense of belonging and are encouraged to thrive. I am passionate about supporting a dedicated team of educators and guiding them in their professional growth and development.

As an educator, I believe that children learn best through play-based learning and positive social interactions. Our program at Oxford Multicultural Childcare is thoughtfully aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), ensuring that your child’s learning is holistic, meaningful, and based on their individual interests and strengths.

As a mother of two beautiful boys myself, I understand the trust you place in educators when leaving your child in our care. I want to assure you that we are committed to creating an inclusive, culturally rich, and supportive environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.

I look forward to welcoming you and your family to our community.

Meals

Morning tea, Lunch & Afternoon tea are all provided

At Little Peoples we believe that healthy eating habits are formed in early childhood and that children’s nutrition is important to their health and life long development, that is why our nutritional menu incorporates the daily dietary requirements of children.

Our Service receives fresh and nutritious meals delivered to us daily by Kids Gourmet Food. The menu rotates every six weeks exposing children to the broadest range of flavours, textures and ingredients, while ensuring they are receiving the recommended nutritional intake every day.
