Meet Madi, Your Centre Supervisor
Hello families and caregivers,
My name is Madison Franke, and I am the Nominated Supervisor here at our Little Peoples Figtree 2 centre. I began my career in early childhood education and care in 2020 at our Woonona Little Peoples centre where I signed up to do my Diploma. After completing my Diploma in 2021 I was offered the room leader position in the 0–2 year room at Woonona. In February 2024 I was offered the nominated Supervisor position at Figtree 2, and I am currently now working towards my degree in Early Childhood Education and Care.
I believe being an early childhood educator is a rewarding job through being a part of and watching the children to reach their milestones and goals. It is important to myself to make sure I create a safe and secure environment that promotes inclusiveness and belonginess. I look forward to creating meaningful relationships with the children and families.
At Little Peoples Figtree 2 we pride ourselves on providing an educational and caring environment where all children feel a sense of belonging and supported to reach their milestones.
We are looking forward to meeting and welcoming new families into our Figtree 2 centre.
Kindest Regards,
Madison
