Meet Katey, Your Centre Supervisor
Hi, my name is Katey Palmer, I am the Nominated Supervisor at Little Peoples Early Learning Centre Tamworth South.
I have been a Nominated Supervisor in my prior years of working with Little Peoples where I have gained the experience and knowledge that I can now use to my advantage in my position as Nominated Supervisor with Little Peoples. I use my knowledge to help guide each individual team member in being the best that they can be.
My career in Early Childhood Education began 20 years ago where I earned my Certificate III and have worked my way up over the years to achieve completing my Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Teaching.
With over 5 years of leadership and experience I take the role as a team leader with pride to ensure that myself and fellow educators develop the skills and knowledge needed to provide the best experience for all educators and families.
The reason I decided to become a teacher in early childhood is that I enjoy watching children reach their own milestones and continue to grow and learn new skills and retain the new information they are taught each day.
