Meet Casey, Your Centre Supervisor

Hi Families,

My name is Casey Williams, and I am the Nominated Supervisor at Figtree Little Peoples Early Learning Centre. I have completed my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and am currently working towards my Diploma in Early Childhood Education.

I joined Little Peoples Early Learning Centres in October 2021, beginning my journey as a trainee at the Woonona centre. Throughout my time here, I have been given the opportunity to lead the Early Learning Room, allowing me to grow both as an individual and an educator. I am now a Primary Educator and Nominated Supervisor at Figtree Little Peoples, where I am passionate about providing quality education and care for all children.

My Passion for Early Childhood Education

From a young age, I knew I had a passion for working with children. The first five years of life are a crucial period of development, learning, and discovery, and I feel privileged to witness children grow into their individuality every day.

At Figtree, our team is committed to creating an engaging and nurturing environment for children aged 18 months to 5 years. Being a smaller centre, we offer a close-knit, family-like atmosphere, allowing us to build strong, meaningful relationships with both children and families. Our priority is to ensure that every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to explore, play, and learn.

Building Strong Family Partnerships

I believe that strong partnerships with families are essential in helping children reach their emotional, social, and physical developmental milestones. I am always open to conversations, questions, and feedback, ensuring that all families feel welcome, valued, and supported by our team.

I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of this wonderful community and look forward to continuing to support, guide, and inspire both current and future families at Figtree Little Peoples Early Learning Centre.

Kindest Regards,
Casey Williams
