Meet Kath, Your Centre Supervisor
Hi, my name is Kath Dumas and I am the Nominated Supervisor of Little Peoples Early Learning Centre Bowral.
I joined the team of Little People’s in early 2013. My journey began working as a casual staff member across all three rooms, which I thoroughly enjoyed. A permanent position became available in the early learning room, which I am now the room leader for.
Over the years working for Little People’s, I have established and maintained trusting relationships with the children and their families. It is an honour to be part of each child’s learning journey, watching them grow and develop as they reach each milestone from the babies room, through to starting school.
I enjoy being a team member at Little People’s, and strongly believe in a collaborative team approach, where staff members are encouraged to share their experience and skills. I am a passionate educator who brings my own skills and love for cooking, sustainability and gardening to the centre.
I look forward to meeting you and your children soon, and being apart of their individual learning journey and development in a safe, respectful and supportive environment.
