Meet Casey, Your Centre Supervisor

Hi Families,

My name is Casey Williams, and I am the Nominated Supervisor here at Figtree Little Peoples Early Learning Centre! I have completed my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, and I am currently working towards my Diploma.

I have been a part of the Little Peoples team since October 2021 completing my traineeship at the Woonona centre. Little Peoples have provided me the opportunity to be the Early Learning Room leader where I have learnt and grown as an individual and an educator. I am now a proud Primary Educator and Nominated Supervisor here at Figtree Little Peoples Early Learning Centre.

Growing up I always knew that I had a passion for working with children. The first 5 years of a child’s life are so influential, I am so inspired watching the children as they grow into their individuality and discover who they are.

At Figtree our staff strive to provide an engaging and invigorating environment that is suitable for children 18 months – 5 years old. Our Figtree service is a smaller centre which provides the opportunity to build closer relationships with the children and families. This allows families to have comfort that their child is in a nurturing environment that prioritises safety, wellbeing, and connections with others.

As an educator I believe that forming partnerships with families is a key factor to encouraging children to reach their emotional and physical developmental milestones. I am always open to having a conversation and answering any questions that you may have. I am very passionate about creating relationships and ensuring that everyone feels warmth, friendliness, and acceptance from all the staff here!

I am so excited and grateful to continue to work with current and future families here at Figtree, Little Peoples Early Learning Centre!

Kindest Regards,

Casey Williams
