Meet Megan, Your Centre Supervisor

My name is Megan Haywood and I am the Nominated Supervisor of Little Peoples Early Learning Centre in Fairy Meadow.

I have been a part of the Little Peoples Oxford Group since 2020, through which time I have been an Early Childhood Teacher and room leader. I have a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care, and am currently studying my Bachelor’s of Primary Education.

I have worked in the childcare industry for ten years and have gained extensive experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher and Educational Leader. I’ve have had the opportunity to work overseas and learning additional care and programming strategies. I pride myself on my commitment to providing a fair and equal learning space for all children which incorporates all abilities, cultures and experiences. I am extremely passionate about multicultural learning being embedded into every day practices and providing in-depth programs that cater to our children’s learning.

Here at Fairy Meadow Little Peoples, we work together as a team to encourage and support individual educator growth. We strive to provide inclusive practices that cater to all children and create fun, engaging and child lead play spaces that encourage all learning developments. Our curriculum encourages children to explore, discover, experiment and take initiative in their own learning.

Please don’t hesitate to call to see our centre for yourself. We look forward to meeting you and your family!

Thank you

Megan
